It was a Funny and Rainy Night!

Hooray! We had another good show last night! A fun crowd, an almost full room, and a fantastic lineup of hilarious comics!
Many thanks to our great roster of comedians:
Todd Van Allen - graciously took the bullet spot and sorted out our tech issues at the same time! Hilarious and multi-talented!
JP Hodgkinson - he got fired from atheism – maybe he should join the church, and if so, does he get to tell Jesus jokes? He’d have those churchers rollin’ in the aisles! Waggish! And full of hubris!
Ron Josol – international comedy star, he told us why he avoids Chris MacLean — yet he keeps coming back to our show for more — the funny man loves the pain!
Monty Scott – he rocked the room like a Guyanese man can rock coconut oil.
Rene Robichaud – the Frenchman with mournful eyes in a facetiously droll package laced with hubris.
Chris Roberts – he killed! Almost. We gave our DJ CPR so it’s all okay.
Dylan Gott – we gots to have this funny man!
Awesome job to me, Chris MacLean, host with the most half-written jokes and fill’in date stories. Did pretty good despite running at about 50 per cent! Horray!
Many thanks to our DJ Earl the Sqrl and his magic new sound system! No one got electrocuted so it’s all okay.

July 30 Comedy Cabaret: A Thanks to All

It was another good show last night! We managed to lure in some people despite the nice weather and a good time was had by all! Thanks to the charming audience members who supported the show and live comedy in Toronto.

Dave Paterson: and good luck finding out the sex of the baby…hopefully it’s either a boy or a girl.
Jeff Elliott: our favourite homeless ALS guy. And single too! Poster boy for things going well.
Rob Mailloux: our very funny Just for Laughs alumni.
Gerry Hall: always good to see the funny man from Hamilton.
Graham Kay: our surprise guest, post tour but always bringing the funny.
Xerxes Cortez: His name makes him a double XX man, which could make him a super X-man superhero, or a guy with a chromosonal disorder. Does great comedy like a non-genetically modified funny dude.
Josh Infald: possibly a genetically-modified funny dude.
Aastha “the pasta” Lal: funny like a fine fettucini, and saucy too!
Also thanks to our lottery guests: Camille “fight for it” Cote, just finished her tour of Just for Laughs, SNL and the outer asteroid belt, and Jon “I’m okay drinking drinks Rob Mailloux goobered in” Schabl. Always a pleasure.
